- Oil & Filter service. Visual brake inspection with wheels off. Tire rotation. Lube tie-rod ends, ball joints & other apply. parts. Road test, check lights; interior & exterior. Visually inspect electrical system including. battery cables. Check heating & Air Conditioning center vent temperatures. Check windshield wiper and washer operations. Inspect fluids; washer fluid, coolant, brake fluid, clutch fluid (if applicable), automatic/manual transmission fluid (as applicable), and power steering fluid (if applicable). Inspect drive belts & tensioner. Inspect tires, wheel & adjust tire pressure.
- Replace front brake pad linings. Machine surface of brake disc rotor; or replace rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
