Larry and his people know what they are doing, are reasonable with billing and most of all, they are honest! Keep up the good work.

The staff were freindly and communicated our truck problem. The pricing was fair.

I have been taking my vehicles to Larry's for about 8 years now and would not go anywhere else. They have always been very honest with the work that needs to be done and fair on pricing. I never feel like they are trying to get me to spend the most money they can get out of me. On one of my visits I said that the coolant might need to be changed in addition to the other work they were doing. When I picked the car up they said the coolant could make it a little longer because they test it and it was not to the point of requiring a change. Most shops would have just replaced the coolant and not tested it to make more money. They have done everything from basic oil changes for me to transmission work, never had a problem. On top of the work performed, their communication has always been great. I recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable mechanic to take their vehicle to, in fact, just recommended them to my neighbor yesterday.

Very thorough shop~replacement of the crank sensor has noticeably smoothed out idle and also added power to low rpm driving and freeway driving as well.

Larry was very good at communicating and getting my car fixed quick & affordably. I will return.

I find Larry’s Independence shop helpful. Larry is nice and he explained everything to me. I will recommend them to my friends.

A very pleasant, professional, respectful and stress free experience from the very beginning. I went in for general maintenance and my waiting time was not long. My wait time was in a clean environment with very comfortable chairs where I could sit back, read a magazine and have a coffee. Larry and Sandy were both very pleasant and a joy to interact with.
